The French version is the reference version. Translations are provided to facilitate international access; in the event of any difference in interpretation, the French version shall prevail, subject to any applicable mandatory rules.

The website, store and MeshTalker service are published and marketed by Blocnet, a single-member simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €10,000, registered with the Meaux Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 897 725 396.

Hosting and technical service providers
Netlify hosts the store's static frontend and runs the store and payment backend functions. Hetzner provides the virtual machine infrastructure used by MeshTalker backend services. Stripe provides payment processing and Stripe Checkout sessions; Stripe is not presented as the general hosting provider of the service.
verify and, if required by applicable regulations, complete the current regulatory addresses of Netlify and Hetzner. No unconfirmed address is published here.
Intellectual property
MeshTalker, the website, their graphic elements, texts, software, trademarks, logos and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Except with written authorization or a statutory exception, no reproduction, adaptation, extraction or substantial exploitation is permitted.
Third-party trademarks, content and services remain the property of their respective owners. No rights in those elements are granted beyond what is necessary for the normal use of the service.
Liability and content
Blocnet strives to provide accurate information and a functional service, without guaranteeing that all information is exhaustive, error-free or suitable for a particular need. The user remains responsible for their device, access credentials, use of the service and the content they transmit.
Encryption and security measures reduce certain risks but do not constitute an absolute guarantee against every attack, error, loss or compromise. Blocnet does not exclude liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability, maintenance and security
The service may be interrupted or degraded because of maintenance, an update, an incident, a network constraint or an event beyond Blocnet’s control. To the extent reasonably possible, Blocnet seeks to ensure continuity and security of the service without promising permanent availability.
Any suspected vulnerability must be reported responsibly to contact@blocnet.fr, without exploitation, unauthorized access or disclosure likely to increase the risk.

Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of the mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.
